Laramie Rivers Conservation District – Expo

LRCD hosts a bi-annual Conservation Expo at the Laramie Ice & Event Center every other year in May!

This is a community-wide event that is 100% focused on natural resource education within Albany County!

I’m so happy to announce that SATURDAY, MAY 9TH is the official date of our 2026 Conservation Expo!

This is a FREE event that pulls in over 300 public attendees each year!  This year, the Expo will be open to the public from 10am-2pm, with exhibitor set-up beginning at 9am.

Traditionally, we invite community partners and educators from across the county and state to host educational booth spaces and interactive stations for the public to walk around and browse at their leisure.  In addition, we coordinate 3-4 larger group demonstrations that we will schedule and announce/advertise prior to the Expo as well!
